Thank you for booking Syncropendence 2019, apologies for so many attachments. However they do contain some important information which we would like you to read in advance. Even if you have been to Syncropendence before it is very important that you read these, as they have been updated.
We will not have the big barbecue on site, so please bring your own.
A reminder that this is wild camping ie no toilets or water on site.
Please make sure you bring rubbish bags and take home all your own rubbish and bottles.
There are a variety of food shops in LLanfyllin, a chemist and free public conveniences opposite the car park in town. The next nearest Spar is 6 miles away in Llansantfraid.
Fuel Please arrive with sufficient fuel in your vehicle for the weekend’s driving. You can buy LPG at Four Crosses and the nearest petrol and diesel in Llantsantfraid.
Mobile signal – in the valley only Orange and T-Mobile (EE) work, other networks may receive a signal on the hill.
Saturday evening communal meal
We are having aperitifs (basically cheese and biscuits and other savoury or sweet offerings) on Saturday evening – please bring along a contribution.
If anyone can bring large pasting tables along for the food, that would be much appreciated.
